8:09 a.m.: Caller on Woodbury Avenue reported footprints in the snow leading up to different vehicles and has pictures.

8:49 a.m.: Richard Bland, 36, 4 Freedom Circle, Apt. #8, Portsmouth turned himself in on a warrant and was arrested on charges alleging sexual assault, simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.

9:45 a.m.: Two-car accident with injury on New Hampshire Avenue and Manchester Square.

10:11 a.m.: Caller advised a male was outside a business on Pearl Street and bothering his employees.

10:15 a.m.: Mother gave an all clear on a truancy call.

11:22 a.m.: A dog bite that occurred on Jan. 4 was reported on Rockland Street.

11:23 a.m.: Summons for failure to license, expired license and expired rabies was given on Kearsarge Way.

12:19 p.m.: Report of a female who comes to a bank on Lafayette Road every day with her son and asks customers for money.

12:33 p.m.: Contractor on Durgin Lane reported a stolen front door off a Bobcat skid steer with a value of $2,000.

12:46 p.m.: Caller reported seeing what looked like a person hunched over and possibly passed out in a small body of water under the Route One Bypass bridge. Confirmed it was a tarp.

3:32 p.m.: Two-vehicle accident on Lafayette Road and Andrew Jarvis Drive.

4:09 p.m.: Arrested Andrew Johnson, 45, 4370 Carpenter Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y., on charges alleging identify fraud, forgery theft, and theft by deception.

4:52 p.m.: A hotel guest on Gosling Road said that a couple of people came to his room looking for money or they would beat him up.

6:57 p.m.: A vehicle was parked illegally and blocking High and Ladd Streets.

7:26 p.m.: Caller reported an opossum hit by a car but still alive on State and Madison Streets. Opossum not located.

8:02 p.m.: Suspicious vehicle was parked behind Cumberland Farms with a male either sleeping or passed out. Confirmed to be life-sized teddy bear wearing a sweatshirt in the driver’s seat.

8:41 p.m.: Check on suspicious vehicle on Peirce Island. Older couple enjoying the view.

9:34 p.m.: After traffic stop on Lafayette Road and Robert Avenue, arrested Patrick J. Pickford, 3 Sheridan Avenue, Portsmouth on charges alleging theft of lost or mislaid property and default or breach of bail conditions.

9:59 p.m.: Check of suspicious vehicle on Thornton and Sparhawk Streets. Car was running via remote start and the owner did not realize it activated.

10:35 p.m.: After traffic stop on the Spaulding Turnpike northbound, arrested two juveniles one for protective custody, child in danger; and the other for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Feb. 8

12:18 a.m.: Caller reported an older dog across the street from her home had been left out in the cold rain and was setting off motion detectors. Owner had fallen asleep.

4:20 a.m.: Rochester police found a reported stolen vehicle.

9:26 a.m.: Two-car accident with no injury on Ocean and Lafayette Roads.

9:52 a.m.: Report of a lost or stolen inspection sticker backer.

11:37 a.m.: Check on subject in vehicle to ensure he was not a defendant in a restraining order. He was not.

11:39 a.m.: Looked for injured geese on Borthwick Avenue.

11:58 a.m.: Wakefield police took a theft report involving stolen checks and one for $350 was cashed at TD Banknorth.

12:24 p.m.: Staff from behavioral health unit at the hospital advised of a patient who had become violent and was destroying property and threatening staff.

12:40 p.m.: Walk-in report about someone opening a cable account in subject’s name in Louisiana and not paying a $1,700 bill.

3:00 p.m.: Report of suspicious activity on Borthwick Avenue. Subject was harvesting water reeds for a thatched roof project he is building in Vermont.

3:34 p.m.: Worker at the Hanover Street garage reported people smoking marijuana in the Fleet Street stairwell.

3:50 p.m.: Ronald Bachelder, 29, 600 Lafayette Road, Portsmouth was arrested on an alleged warrant charge.

4:02 p.m.: Loose dog with no collar reported running in the road on Langdon and McDonough Streets. Not located.

5:13 p.m.: Walk-in arrest of Elizabeth B. Drake, 63, 159 Woodbury Avenue, Apt. #1, Portsmouth on charges alleging theft (removing merchandise from premise).

5:23 p.m.: Request for assistance by father not being allowed to pick up son’s belongings.

5:49 p.m.: The wind blew down fencing and blocked Vaughan Street.

6:09 p.m.: Well being check requested on employee being yelled at by a customer in a Woodbury Avenue store.

7:23 p.m.: Caller honked her horn at a driver who swerved into her lane on Congress Street and the other driver followed her to the next light and began yelling at her.

7:58 p.m.: After a traffic stop on Gosling Road, arrested Jenny Jacobs, 43, Rochester Hill Road, Rochester, on charges alleging possession of controlled/narcotic drugs habitual offender, failure to turn on front lights when requested, unregistered vehicle, disobeying an officer and hindering apprehension or prosecution, and default or breach of bail conditions; and Marc Stewart, 39, 23 Redden Street, Dover, on an alleged warrant, falsifying physical evidence and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

8:14 p.m.: Investigated an hang up 911 call that sound like a male and female yelling.

8:31 p.m.: Walk-in report of a hit-and-run accident that happened the night prior.

9:42 p.m.: After a traffic stop, arrested Stephen McManus, 53, 95 Sagamore Road, Rye, on charges alleging driving while intoxicated.

9:43 p.m.: Caller reported a large amount of water in a parking lot on Woodbury Avenue.

11:43 p.m.: Assisted fire department with subject after a suspected suicide attempt.

Feb. 9

12:24 a.m.: Assisted state police with a driving while intoxicated arrest on Route 33.

12:46 a.m.: Unwanted female at Market Street establishment.

1:13 a.m.: Noise complaint for loud music on Market Street.

2:15 a.m.: Transported subject with warrant to the Dover tolls to meet Somersworth police.

2:38 a.m.: Staff member reported a male that is acting suspicious at a gym on Lafayette Road. He keeps ‘picking stuff up and putting it down” and making the other customers uncomfortable. Subject left with another patron.

4:59 a.m.: A fence blew into the lane of travel from a construction site on Hanover Street and Maplewood Avenue.
